ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:
Recent findings in the environmental industry indicate that VI often represents the most significant risk for exposure to building occupants at or near a contaminated site (e.g., a Brownfield’s property). Common contaminated sites include dry-cleaners, gasoline stations, automotive repair and a variety of manufacturing/industrial facilities. Because of the associated risk, additional focus has been placed on VI by regulators, banks, attorneys, and property owners. Mid-Atlantic routinely works with regulators and industry experts to stay on the cutting edge of VI assessment and mitigation regulations and trends. This webinar will get you up to speed on current NC agency issues, details of the of the new OSWER draft final guidance, as well as how VI concerns can impact development/redevelopment of a particular site.

- A brief overview of the vapor intrusion problem and trends in vapor intrusion regulations Mid-Atlantic’s approach to site assessment for effective VI solutions and practical cost.
