Mid-Atlantic President Darin McClure presented “Tackling Environmental Challenges in Your Community” on February 6, 2020 at the recent North Carolina City and County Management Association Winter Seminar. This presentation covered the challenges associated with impaired properties, ways to limit environmental liabilities, and the administrative and financial resources available to local units of government to overcome these challenges.The seminar was held at The Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem. Mid-Atlantic was a sponsor of the event and Darin was joined at the seminar by Mid-Atlantic’s VP and Charlotte Branch Manager Greg Icenhour and Director of Business Development Gretchen Saussy.
