City of Randleman Awarded $300,000 EPA Brownfields Grant

Mid-Atlantic continues to be the go to firm to help municipalities find ways to put abandoned, idled and underutilized properties back into reuse. Mid-Atlantic has been chosen to work with the City of Randleman on their recently awarded $300,000 EPA Brownfields Assessment grant. The City is actively pursuing properties to develop along the Deep River Trail, a walking and riding trail that will border the Deep River.
