Experienced Brownfields Project Manager in Raleigh Office

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assist in managing Brownfield redevelopment projects out of our Raleigh office.  Candidate needs to be experienced in all facets of brownfields projects administered through the NC Brownfields Program.

Senior Environmental Engineer in Charlotte Office

We are seeking a seasoned professional engineer to lead our engineering services in our growing Charlotte office.  Ideally, we are looking for the following attributes and experience:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina
  • 7+ years of experience in civil, water resources or environmental engineering
  • Desire to lead the growth of our engineering services in the southeast
  • Experience in industrial or municipal markets
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Strong interpersonal and time management
  • CAD/Microstation experience a plus
  • Ability to clearly convey technical concepts verbally and in writing
  • Business development skills or willing to learn

Senior Project Managers in Raleigh and Charlotte

Mid-Atlantic Associates is seeking senior level engineers/geologists to help manage a variety of traditional environmental and brownfields projects. Person should be an PE or LG and have at least seven (7) years of experience in the field of environmental consulting. North Carolina Brownfields Program experience is a plus. Candidates should have strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage multiple projects in various phases at one time.

EPA Grant Writer/Manager

Mid-Atlantic Associates, a leading Brownfields consultant, is seeking a seasoned environmental professional to write and manage EPA Brownfields grants. Projects will span both the public and private sector. Person must be a good writer with a track record of writing successful grant applications for EPA funding. Candidate must also be detail oriented and have a history of successfully managing grant projects. In resume include examples of successful grant applications and grants managed.

Project Level Engineers/Geologists/Scientists in Raleigh and Charlotte

Mid-Atlantic Associates is seeking project level engineers, geologists and scientists to work in our Raleigh and Charlotte offices.  Great opportunities for individuals looking to expand their experience and work on a variety of challenging projects with experienced environmental professionals.  Person should have at least four (4) years of experience in the field of environmental consulting. Anticipated duties would serving as project or assistant project manager, performing field activities and report writing.  Candidates should have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and be willing to work after regular business hours and weekends, as necessary.

Senior Environmental Professional (IAQ)

Mid-Atlantic is seeking a seasoned environmental professional to work in our Raleigh office.  Projects will span both the public and private sector.  Professional should licensed/accredited in NC and have at least ten (10) years of experience in the field of environmental consulting with specific experience in at least one of the following areas: indoor air quality, air permitting, industrial hygiene, health and safety, and vapor intrusion. A great opportunity for an individual to lead and expand the company’s services in these areas.  Candidates should have strong project management skills, communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to think strategically and effectively market and expand the service line.
