A Message To Clients About Our Response to COVID-19

In this time of uncertainty, Mid-Atlantic would like to update our clients about the actions that we are taking to respond to this public health issue.  The safety and well-being of our team, clients, their families and our communities is first and foremost. We continue to share the most up to date guidance with our team members so they are fully informed on how to protect themselves, their families and our clients.

We are also focused on continued service to our clients, and have taken steps to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality and service you are accustomed to from us. Our team members have been encouraged to work remotely when at all possible and we’ve implemented safe work practices for those who need access to our physical locations. We’ve also implemented guidance for those who have to interact with clients or other individuals in completing field assignments.

Our ability to take these actions is due to investments in technology that allow our team members and clients to communicate and exchange information in a virtual environment. During this time, we will continue to be accessible to you whether via phone, email, text, fax, or video conference.
